Use:		Use this code to shift the party in the X or Y directions. You can use this to move them a set distance or random amounts.

																			2) Shift X Amount  +/-  Number of Steps
																			3) Shift Y Amount  +/-  Number of Steps
																			4) 0 = Move Exact Distance, 1 = Random amount from 1 to Values
